Yuliang Yamiame

Owner and Head Maid of Jinshu,
Formerly a Captian of the Immortal flames, Yuliang retired to start a place for the weary wanderers of Eorzea, She has been on Grand adventures, and knows much of her land as she has mastered every discipline of War and Art on her journey, she now spends most of her time at the cafe, tending to weary adventurers.

Orochi Tenshi

Once the richest Viera in Eorzea and the personal friend of her Grace Nanamo Ul Namo, She left her veena home land sick of the viera traditions aiming to build a trading empire and grow rich and managed to do so in just a few years however after the loss of her adopted daughter she lost a part of her sanity she made it her life goal to fulfill her dead daughter goal "Help everyone" and soon lost all of her money in doing so, she now works as a foot soldier in the Maelstrom and she fully believes that she is an angel as a coping mechanism and would hate and even hit anyone that would disagree with her while she is delusional, she has a kind heart and would help anyone in need, she starts to work at Jinshu to help Yuliang who is like a mother figure to her

Okami Umbra

He might act like a Cool and calm guy but He has already seen alot in his Life
From a young age his parents abandoned him and grew up in the care of a friendly caring garlean family that adopted him but cause of his rekless training in the arts of the reaper he lost control of the powers and lost his Family.
Now after a long journey of trying to redeem himself he tries to help out people in everyway he can.
This is why he helps out his friends as security at their cafe.
He is trained in multiple arts of Fighting so you better behave around him or he will use those on you.

Khuma Neeko

She used to be part of the Scions, until one day she almost died. That is when she decided that the Scion life is not for her, so she took off and explored Eorzea, looking for something to bring back joy to her life. That is when she found Jinshu, at first she was just a customer, slowly becoming good friends to everyone working at Jinshu. One day she got the courage to ask if she could maybe work as a maid, since then she's been a maid for Jinshu and is having the time of her life.

Akaiyama Danshaku

Akaiyama was born of another adventurer who travelled from Othard to the fiery mountains of Abalathias Spine who later returned as a farmer to his homeland. Akaiyama's mother was a Warrior from the Hellsguard tribe who guards the volcano from evil. His father was a Doman Samurai who wished that Akaiyama would live a peaceful life on the Danshaku farm in Yanxia. He instead chose to seek out the hellish realm in which his mother once stood as guardian over the lake of fire. It was only after arriving in Limsa Lominsa did he learn of the seafaring tribe. He joined Yuliang early on after landing in Eorzea where he offered to stand guard at JInshu Meido Kissa in exchange for learning about Eorzean cuisine.
